This is a tomato-based emulsified sauce with mustard and onions, offering a light smoked flavour to accompany sandwiches.
Ingredients
Rapeseed oil (49.4%), sugar, vinegar, water, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, salt, vinegar, turmeric), tomato puree, Egg yolks (3.3%) (EGG yolks, salt, glucose syrup), onions (3%), salt, natural extracts, acidifier: citric acid, stabiliser: xanthan gum, smoke flavouring, antioxidant: E385 (59 mg/kg), colours: paprika extract - ß-carotene.
