Ingredients
Paste 50%: high quality durum wheat semolina 36%, water, fresh free range eggs 5% (140g per kg of semolina). Farce 50%: ricotta, Ossau Iraty PDO sheep cheese 11%, fresh cheese, breadcrumbs (wheat), dehydrated potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, spice extract), water, salt, sunflower oil, wheat fibre, red pepper, Espelette PDO chilli pepper. (percentages expressed on the whole product). May contain traces of soya, nuts and sesame.
