Dough 50%: high quality durum wheat semolina 36%, water, fresh eggs from free range hens 5% (140g per kg of semolina). Farce 50%: Boursin® Garlic and Herbs cheese 18% (pasteurised milk and cream, lactic ferments, garlic and herbs 0.3%, salt, pepper), fresh cheese, ricotta, breadcrumbs (wheat), potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, spice extract), water, wheat fibre, salt.
