Product Description
As is traditional, the raviole recipe is made with a soft wheat flour dough and fresh eggs. This organic version of the recipe is offered with a filling made from Emmental cheese, fresh eggs, fromage blanc and parsley fried in butter. Count 2 plates of ravioli per person as a side dish or 3 plates if you eat them as a single dish!

Dough (50%): soft wheat flour, water, eggs, sunflower oil. Farce (50%): emmental 29%, fromage blanc, parsley, salt, eggs, butter. (Percentages expressed on the whole product). Ingredients of agricultural origin from organic farming.
