Ingredients
Dough 50%: high quality durum wheat semolina 36%, water, fresh free range eggs 5% (140g per kg of semolina). Farce 50%: Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage PDO 14%, ricotta cheese, fresh cheese, breadcrumbs (wheat), potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, spice extract), sunflower oil, wheat fibre, salt, pink berries. Percentages expressed on the whole product. May contain traces of soya, sesame and nuts.
