Since 1922, the Bordeau Chesnel house created by Anna Chesnel and Jules Bordeau has distinguished itself by its long tradition in the service of excellent charcuterie. Our recipe for Roast Chicken in a Casserole is made from carefully selected French chicken meat. This meat is cooked for a long time (6 to 8 hours) and carefully seasoned, which gives it an inimitable taste and a melting texture. Our recipe is preservative free.
