Cured poultry meat 70% (turkey meat (French origin) 50%, water, poultry skin, bamboo fibres, corn starch, flavourings, stabilisers: E450, E451). Breading 30% (water, wheat flour, salt, yeast, spices: turmeric and paprika). Sunflower oil. Made in a workshop using soya and milk.
