Cured turkey meat 65% (turkey meat 50%, water, poultry skins, bamboo fibres, corn starch, flavourings, stabilisers: diphosphates and triphosphates), Doughnut batter 35% (wheat flour, durum wheat flour, salt, yeast, manioc dextrin, dextrose, raising agents: sodium diphosphates and sodium bicarbonate, colourings: paprika extract and carotenoids), Sunflower oil. Made in a workshop using soya and milk.
