Salicorn branches are harvested not far from our beautiful beaches in the salt marshes of Le Touquet. They are twigs that will macerate in vinegar with some essential oils and will pleasantly replace your cucumbers in your salads or in your sandwiches. It is a halophilic plant whose name means salt horn. The name of the plant is the same as that of the cucumber. 300g jar.
