Alsa - Moelleux au Chocolat 435g is a quick and easy cake mix. This generous chocolate cake offers a unique softness. Simply add 20 cL of cream and 3 eggs to the preparation, sprinkle with icing sugar and place in the oven before treating all the gourmands. It has an airy texture for an incredibly moist cake, a great chocolate taste, and is easy and quick to prepare. It serves 8 people and contains no colouring or preservatives.
Ingredients
For the preparation of the cake (415 g): chocolate powder 33% (sugar, cocoa), sugar, WHEAT flour 16%, WHEAT starch, raising agent (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a, b, e and E 470a), maltodextrin, MILK protein, thickener (xanthan gum) and flavouring. For the pretty decoration (20 g): icing sugar and a little potato starch. May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOYA, NUTS.
