Product Description
Our product contains 44% wheat flour, 13% fresh eggs, and 12% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (sunflower), natural vanilla flavouring). It also includes sugar, rapeseed oil, 2.5% fresh egg white, leavening (flours (wheat, rye, malted wheat), water, yeast), 2% skimmed milk powder (equivalent to 20% reconstituted milk), yeast, salt, emulsifiers: E471, E481, E475, natural flavours (including alcohol), wheat gluten, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, and colour: carotenoids. May contain traces of soya. The product is manufactured in France with cacao sourced from West Africa, eggs and milk from Europe, and wheat flour processed in France.
