The "teppanyaki" flavour, which accompanies these noodles, literally means "grilled on an iron plate", a popular cooking technique in Japan. This easy-to-prepare, nomadic meal comes with a fork and is made in Vietnam.

NOODLES (56G): WHEAT flour 62%, non-hydrogenated palm oil (antioxidants: butylated hydroxy anisole, butylated hydroxy toluene), tapioca starch, salt, acidity regulators: pentasodium triphosphates, potassium carbonates, sodium carbonates; emulsifier: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. BEEF FLAVOURING (9G): Salt, sugar, dehydrated vegetables 2% (carrots, leeks), SOJA sauce powder (WHEAT, SOJA seeds, salt, maltodextrin), flavour enhancers: glycine and its sodium salt, disodium ionisate, disodium guanylate; fried garlic, spices, kimchi powder (colour: paprika extract), SESAME SEEDS, tapioca starch, beef flavour 0.3% (antioxidant: butylated hydroxy anisole), tomato powder, yeast extract, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide [nano], colour: plain caramel, SOY sauce flavour. May contain traces of fish.
