Pork meat (origin: France), salt, LACTOSE, spices, dextrose, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate, ferments. Natural pork casing. Finishing powder: talc and calcium carbonate. 150g of pork used per 100g of finished product. May contain traces of NUTS. Product is subject to drying out.
