Uncooked pressed cheese, 1.8kg wheel, long maturing. The cheese dairy of the Mont des Cats Abbey was founded in 1849. The Trappist monks have been making the famous Mont des Cats cheese ever since. Today, with the help of lay employees, the monks produce 180 tons per year divided into 5 types of cheese; all marked Saveurs en 'Or.
