Mini involtini are small, typically Italian bites consisting of fresh cow's milk cheese wrapped in a thin slice of Italian Speck smoked with beech wood. Their taste is enhanced by Provençal herbs and pink berries. These small melt-in-the-mouth bites are ideal as an aperitif!

CHEESE 51.6% (cow's milk from France), Beechwood smoked Speck 27% (pork ham, salt, spices, dextrose, fructose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), rapeseed oil 15%, Herbes de Provence 0.5% (rosemary, basil, thyme, marjoram, and savory), pink berries 0.5%, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate. Speck made in Italy from pork of EU origin.
