Product Description
Mimolette Demi-Vieille Boule d'or is a 100% French cow's milk cheese made and matured for 7 months in a cellar in Bouvron in Loire-Atlantique. The result of a know-how preserved since 1936, this cheese reveals a firm texture and a typical and characteristic taste. The orange coloured paste of the mimolette is due to the addition of Rocou, a natural colouring agent.

Pasteurised cow's milk (French origin), salt, lactic ferments (milk), colouring: rocou norbixin, preservative: potassium nitrate.
