Product Description
This product contains a variety of mushrooms prepared by the preserving process. The mushrooms include yellow boletes, milk caps, oyster mushrooms, volvariella, pholiota, and armillaria. The mushrooms are either prepared by the pre-brining process or rehydrated. The product also contains water, salt, and citric acid as an acidifier.
Uncultivated wild mushrooms make up a minimum of 50% of the drained mushroom mixture.
The product is manufactured in France. The pholiotas originate from China, while the boletes come from Bulgaria, Chile, China, and/or Peru, depending on supplies and/or gustative characteristics sought.
