Marie presents her certified French origin beef fondant, a traditional recipe with a sauce cooked in the Basquaise style, accompanied by a creamy crushed potato and spiced up with a hint of Espelette chilli. The dish is preservative-free, additive-free and colour-free to keep only the best of the flavours.
