Marie presents her certified French origin beef fondant, a traditional recipe with a sauce cooked in the Basquaise style, accompanied by a creamy crushed potato and spiced up with a hint of Espelette chilli. The dish is preservative-free, additive-free and colour-free to keep only the best of the flavours.

Potatoes 35%, beef from France vbf 28.3%, roasted red peppers 9.9%, water, fresh cream 5.9%, red onions, tomato pulp in juice 2.5% (tomatoes, tomato juice), butter, wheat flour, virgin olive oil, poultry stock (poultry juice and fat: chicken - turkey - duck - goose; carrots, salt, aromatic plants), salt, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), garlic, Espelette pepper, hot pepper, nutmeg.
