Product Description
This product is a fresh cheese made from standardised pasteurised milk. The milk is renneted and inoculated with exclusively lactic ferments, and draining is slow. Sugar is added after the paste has been smoothed. The cheese contains 7% fat (91%), sugar (8.3%), and a preservative: potassium sorbate.
