Product Description
Madeleines with candied fruit: Whisk 80g sugar with 2 eggs. Add 100g of flour mixed with 1 tsp. of Vahiné Chemical Yeast and 80g of cooled melted butter. Add 75g of Vahiné candied fruit macedoine. Half fill buttered madeleine moulds. Bake for 25 min. in a preheated oven th. 5 (150°C).
