Product Description
Our product is made with wheat flour and a generous 20% blueberry filling. The filling is made from glucose-fructose syrup, French blueberry puree, sugar, and natural flavouring. We also use concentrated butter, fresh eggs, and invert sugar syrup in our recipe. The dough is raised with diphosphates and sodium carbonates.
May contain traces of nuts.

Wheat flour, blueberry filling (glucose-fructose syrup, French blueberry puree 5%, sugar, gelling agent: pectins, acidifier: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates, natural flavouring), sugar, concentrated butter 14% (i.e. 17% reconstituted butter), fresh eggs, invert sugar syrup, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates (including wheat).
