Product Description
The Coeur de Neufchâtel is a raw cow's milk cheese (45% MG). It is the oldest of the Normandy cheeses. Born in the heart of the Bocages du pays de Bray, PDO since 1977, its production is artisanal. Under its bloomy rind lies a supple and soft paste, its flavour is soft and delicate.
