La Laitière's Apple Clafoutis is a delightful blend of caramelised apples mixed with quality ingredients such as whole milk, fresh eggs, and cream. All these ingredients are slowly browned in the oven to achieve a soft and melting texture. This dessert was prepared in Cuincy (Nord), using French milk.
