Halal beef (EU origin), salt, LACTOSE, dextrose, sucrose, stabiliser (E451), spices, aromatic plant, preservatives (E252, E250), ferments. Possible traces of soya, nuts and sulphites. 154g of beef used per 100g of finished product. Inedible casing.
