Our product is a delicious blend of 41% chickpeas, rapeseed oil, 16% fresh cheese, 11% sesame seed paste, water, extra virgin olive oil, 2% lemon juice from concentrate, salt, garlic, citric acid, E202 preservative, ascorbic acid antioxidant, gum arabic thickener, and lemon extract. Please note, it may contain traces of gluten, crustaceans, molluscs, eggs, and mustard.
