It is in Noord-Holland, where the pastures are located below sea level and are swept by the sea winds, that Holland Master Reserve Old Gouda is made. Aged for a long time on wooden boards, Old Gouda develops an incredible richness of flavour. Discover its intense taste with notes of caramel, its melting texture and its crystals, a sign of its maturation. Holland Master Old Gouda is a PDO (Noord-Hollandse Gouda).
Ingredients
Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet, preservative: sodium nitrate, colouring: annatto norbixin. Crust not consumable and containing surface preservative: natamycin.
