Thanks to its ancestral know-how, Garofalo produces a pasta of incomparable quality, as tasty as it is elegant. The historical tradition, recognised as a PGI, is based on 3 attributes: the selection of the best wheats, rich in proteins, then the slow drying allowing an incomparable resistance to cooking, and finally the production in Gragnano in bronze moulds giving the pasta its porosity allowing to catch the sauce.
