Product Description
The P'tit Basque d'Istara offers a very fine taste and a delicate character. This cheese is made in the small village of Larceveau, where our cheese factory is located in the heart of the Basque Country. It is made with whole ewe's milk collected and selected with care. The unique, ridged rind is characteristic of the wicker moulds of yesteryear. The practical, resealable tray allows for the best preservation of the product's flavours once it has been opened.
Ingredients
Pasteurised ewe's milk (French origin), salt, lactic ferments (MILK), colouring of the crust: ordinary caramel, annatto, preservative: E235.
