Product Description
This product is a white cheese made with 50% milk cream, whole milk, and lactic ferments. It also contains reconstituted skimmed milk, butter, water, and milk proteins. The cheese is seasoned with melting salt (E452), regular salt, and an acidity regulator (citric acid). It is also fortified with vitamins A, B2, and B12. The milk used in the production of this cheese may originate from both EU and non-EU sources. The percentages provided are based on the total product.
