Practical and quick, it can be diluted in water to your liking to spice up the taste of your meat while making it more moist! Add the diluted Fond to the water 5 minutes before the end of your meat's cooking time, then let it reduce very gently. It's ready! The ingredients used in this veal stock have been rigorously selected and prepared by our suppliers before being dried. They are then carefully blended according to a recipe developed by our chef.

Potato starch, salt, glucose syrup, WHEAT flour, sugar, yeast extract, tomato 4.6%, onion, colour: plain caramel; veal 2.1%, flavouring, beef cooking juice, garlic, white pepper, white wine extract, antioxidant: rosemary extracts. May contain: celery, egg, milk, mustard, soy.
