Edible shells
Croqu'in are small snail-shaped wafers. They are made from wheat flour. They're ideal for making bite-sized snacks for the aperitif. You can either fill them with a snail or parsley butter mixture, or you can fill them with other mixes. They can easily replace the classic shells.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, soya flour, rapeseed oil, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, salt, chilli.
Allergens: cereal gluten, soya.
