Product Description
This product is made from pork meat (origin: EU), salt, lactose, smoked chilli 1.1%, flavourings, smoke flavourings, dextrose, saccharose, spices and herbs (including cayenne pepper 0.1%), antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: E250, E252, and ferments. The wrapping includes natural pork casing and preservatives: E202, E235. For every 100g of finished product, 138g of meat were used. The product is manufactured in France and the pork originates from Germany, Spain and/or France, depending on supplies and/or tasting characteristics searched for.
