Charal beef carpaccio is thinly sliced and particularly melting. It is accompanied by a marinade of finely crushed and subtly dosed green olives. Remove the meat from its protective Hebdopack® packaging. Vacuum-packed meat is naturally darker and will return to its usual colour in a few minutes. Arrange the carpaccio slices in the dish of your choice. Distribute the marinade evenly over the meat. It's ready! Eat very fresh.
