Product Description
Discover the steak, this tender and fine piece carefully selected by our butchers. Remove the meat from its packaging 5 minutes before cooking. Vacuum-packed meat is naturally darker, but will recover its colour within a few minutes.
Heat your pan for 1 min on high heat with a little fat (use grapeseed oil, it doesn't burn or alter the taste of your meat). Season the meat over high heat and then finish cooking over low heat, turning your meat over on both sides. Cook to your liking:
- Blue = 1 min 30 min.
- Medium rare = 2 min.
- Medium = 3 min.
