Product Description
Our product is made with a rich blend of 29% wheat flour and 28% dark chocolate, sourced from the EU. The dark chocolate is a delightful mix of sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, and soya lecithin. The product also contains 9% sourdough, made from 5% wheat flour, water, and salt, along with 8% fresh eggs. Other ingredients include rapeseed oil, yeast, pastry butter, psyllium fibres, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, wheat gluten, guar gum, ascorbic acid, and milk proteins. Please note, this product contains wheat, milk, soya, eggs, butter, and gluten, and may have been in contact with peanuts and nuts.
