Benedicta's Armagnac Cocktail Sauce is ideal for avocados and prawns. It can also be used as an aperitif or as a starter, with raw vegetables, salads or cold fish.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, water, tomato concentrate, spirit vinegar, EGG yolks, sugar, Armagnac (2%), modified starch, colourings: paprika extracts, anthocyanins; salt, flavouring. This product may contain traces of MUSTARD.
