Product Description
Our Shrimp Fritters are a delightful treat, each piece weighing 20g. They are made with 40% shrimp tails, which are sourced from India, Peru, Thailand, and/or Vietnam, depending on the approaches and/or tasting characteristics sought. The shrimp tails are combined with water, salt, and sulphites. Other ingredients include water, potato starch, wheat flour, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, wheat starch, and raising agents (E450, E500 of which wheat starch). We also add salt, sugar, whole egg powder, and thickeners such as guar gum, carrageenans, and xanthan gum. The fritters are seasoned with turmeric for added flavor.

Sweet and Sour Sauce
The accompanying Sweet and Sour Sauce (20g) is a tangy blend of water, sugars, spirit vinegar, pineapple, red pepper, modified corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, acidifier (citric acid), spices and herbs, and stabilisers (guar gum, xanthan gum).
