A seasoned, chopped, steamed and dried salami speciality. An original and tasty alternative to dry sausage, Aoste Ham Nuts develop fine dried meat flavours and a tender texture. It's made with ham from French pigs, and is 2.5 times less fatty than a traditional dry sausage.
Ingredients
Pork meat from France (including 30% pork ham nuts), salt, flavourings, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK, dextrose, sugar, preservatives: potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite, ferments. 180g of meat used to prepare 100g of finished product. Possible presence of nuts. Gluten-free.
