Cod acras: COD meat 35%, onion, sunflower oil, water, manioc starch, WHEAT protein and starch, WHEAT flour, parsley, EGG white powder, garlic, raising agents (E450i, E500ii, WHEAT starch), red pepper, salt, chilli. Sweet and sour sauce: Water, sugars, vinegar, pineapple, red pepper, modified corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, acidifier: citric acid, spices and herbs, stabilisers: guar gum, xanthan gum.
