Sliced potatoes cooked sous-vide in steam. Origin France. Product ready to use. Microwave: Rinse and drain. Pour into a dish, season, cover and reheat for 2 minutes at maximum power (900W). Stove: Rinse and drain. Fry with fat for 5 minutes on medium heat and season. Oven: Rinse and drain. Pour into a dish with fat, season and reheat for 10 minutes at 220°C. Perfect accompaniment for meat and fish dishes. 500g portion: ideal for 2/3 people.
