A traditional Boulonnaise recipe, for herring pilchards accompanied by a tomato and oil sauce. Herrings fished in the port of Boulogne sur Mer and MSC certified for responsible and sustainable fishing.
Ingredients
Herrings 70%, water, double tomato paste 6%, rapeseed oil 3.1%, salt, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, processed corn starch, sugar, onions, thickener: xanthan gum, natural pepper flavour.
