Viennese bread 56.5% (wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, sugar, whole milk powder, wheat gluten, emulsifiers: E471; E481, yeast, salt, thickener: Tara gum, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), cooked standard cured chicken breast 29.5% (chicken fillet (origin: EU) 19%, water, glucose syrup, salt, pea flour, gelling agent: carrageenan, milk protein, flavouring, stabiliser: E451, antioxidant: E316, pepper, preservative: E250), Emmental cheese 8.5%, low-fat mayonnaise* 5.5% (water, rapeseed oil 1.6%, spirit vinegar, egg yolk, modified corn starch, sugar, Dijon mustard (water; mustard seeds; spirit vinegar; salt; antioxidant: potassium disulphite; acidifier: citric acid), salt, thickener: xanthan gum, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: E202, colouring: lutein; paprika extract).
