Product Description
This product is a combination of Mimolette 50% and Edam 50%. Both cheeses are made from pasteurized cow's milk sourced from the Netherlands. The cheeses are seasoned with salt and lactic ferments, and coagulated using microbial coagulant. The Mimolette cheese is also colored with annatto norbixin. This product is manufactured in the Netherlands and Belgium.
