Traditional Icelandic know-how: skyr has been a staple of the Icelandic diet for over 1000 years. Producing one pot requires the equivalent of four times the amount of milk contained in a yoghurt. Siggi's contains no sweeteners, preservatives or artificial flavourings and is less sweet. It has 30% less sugar than the average fruit or flavoured dairy product on the market.
