Ingredients
135g cooked penne (54%): cooked penne pasta 48.6% (water, high quality hard wheat semolina), semi-dried tomatoes 2%, aromatic plants 1.7%, rapeseed oil, concentrated tomato juice, sugar, sunflower oil, salt. 50 g Savoury Ingredients (20%): mozzarella 8% (pasteurised milk, salt, microbial coagulant, microbial rennet, acidity corrector: citric acid, lactic ferments), cherry tomatoes 6%, sliced dry-cured ham 6% (pork ham, salt). 40 g mixed salad (16%): lettuce, chicory and rocket. 25 g balsamic vinegar dressing (10%): rapeseed oil, 2.3% balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), salt, black pepper. Possible traces of egg, fish nuts and other cereals containing gluten.
