Our country terrine is made with French Label Rouge pork. Its traditional recipe is free of colouring and phosphate. Tasting reveals complex flavours, resulting from a long cooking of the livers and the pork meat. The texture is initially firm, then melting and the liver confit prolongs a pleasant length in the mouth.
