A naturally elegant product, thanks to the soft, developed flavours of lean duck liver. The melt-in-the-mouth texture makes a statement at first, then delicate flavours last beyond the tasting.

(75% duck), duck fat, lean duck liver, crème de cassis, onions, potato starch, EGGS, CREME FRAICHE, salt, port, antioxidants: E301, E300, spices and aromatic plants, dextrose, preservative: E250. Possible presence of SOY, GLUTEN and NUTS.
