Product Description
One of the typical North African recipes, this Moroccan variant draws all its flavours from the slow cooking of its various ingredients: chicken, merguez, courgettes, carrots, turnips, red peppers without forgetting chickpeas in a broth flavoured with local spices (coriander, cumin, paprika, harissa ....). We have selected a durum wheat couscous that is lightly oiled so that it does not stick and cooked just right.
Ingredients
cooked WHEAT semolina 24%, cured chicken thighs (chicken 20%, glucose syrup, manioc starch, salt), merguez 11% (beef and mutton meat and fat, spices, herbs, salt, glucose syrup, dextrose, natural flavours), water, carrots 8.8%, courgettes 8%, turnips 4%, red peppers 3%, rapeseed oil, chickpeas 2%, sultanas 2%, tomato concentrate, onions, salt, tapioca flour, harissa 0.2% (spices, WHEAT fibre, garlic, salt), garlic, spices, concentrated juices (CELERI and red peppers), thyme. May contain traces of milk, if any.
