Product Description
L'Héritage 1947 is a soft, raw goat's milk cheese with a natural ashy rind and ripened with summer truffles, produced in the Centre-Val de Loire region. The cheese is ivory in colour, smooth and dense, and is sprinkled with fragments of summer truffle. It is shiny and slightly creamy under the crust. On the nose, Héritage 1947 offers a fragrance of straw and mushroom.
