Our oven-baked Camembert can be served with potatoes and cold meats, or simply with bread for an aperitif! With its sachet of Italian Tomato spices, discover it in an original way!
Ingredients
Camembert (250g): Pasteurised cow's milk (Origin: France), salt, ferments (including milk), rennet. Italian-style tomatoes (3g): Tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, natural flavouring (including rapeseed oil), pepper.
Preparation
- Remove the paper from the cheese and reposition it in the paper collar and wooden lathe.
- Make crosses on the cheese and sprinkle the spices from the sachet to taste.
- Place the cheese in the microwave for 2 minutes or in a conventional oven at 210°C for 15 minutes.
